GiantYardSale helps people advertise and find physical yard sales in Canada and the USA. By using an account, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to info@giantyardsale.com.

Posting a yard sale

You must be at least 18 to create an account or post. Only advertise an address where you are authorized to hold or promote the yard sale. Give accurate dates, hours, categories, and location information. Keep the listing current and cancel it if plans change. You are responsible for complying with local yard sale rules and for the items offered.

Acceptable use

Do not post false locations, misleading photos, unlawful goods, threats, harassment, personal information about other people, spam, or duplicate events. Upload only photos you have permission to use. Do not manipulate ratings, create accounts to evade restrictions, or rate your own yard sale.

Ratings and reports

Rate only yard sales you have visited. Stars are visitors’ opinions and do not prove authenticity or guarantee quality. Reports are reviewed by an administrator. We may hold, hide, or remove listings and suspend accounts to address abuse. Contact us if you believe a moderation decision was incorrect.

Visiting and buying

Purchases occur directly between visitors and sellers. GiantYardSale does not collect purchase payments, inspect goods, guarantee a seller, or arrange delivery. Use your own judgment when visiting an address or making a purchase.

Availability and changes

Listings can change or be cancelled. The service may be paused for maintenance, including an Under Construction period. The initial service is free; any future paid features will be presented separately before purchase. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
